  • Our experienced and certified community managers will:
    • Provide customer service to all homeowners
    • Work closely with your Board of Directors and provide professional guidance

  • Many condominiums and large-scale developments necessitate an On-Site Manager.  The On-Site Manager works in the same capacity as a Community Manager. Still, they maintain their office on-site in the community and oversee all aspects of the daily operations.
  • Consistently collect all funds due to the association based on Board-adopted policies
  • Coordinate collections with collections agency
  • Prepare a delinquency listing at the end of each month
  • Prepare an annual operating budget for Board of Directors approval
  • Establish and maintain bank accounts for the Association under the direction of the Board
  • Prepare and maintain all records necessary to produce the monthly financial report

  • Spaces Master Association Insurance program provides for cost savings in obtaining quotes from the highest-rated insurance companies in the country on behalf of the Association.
  • the Association should maintain Fidelity Bond Insurance with a minimum amount equal to three months of collections plus the total of all reserve funds.  Spaces Management shall be added as an additional insured.
  • Proposals for Association insurance will be received and presented for Board approval.
  • Assemble information to establish an Association claim in response to any circumstance covered under the insurance policy and to maintain protection of the property.

Receive a Violation Letter?

It’s important that you now take the necessary steps to correct the infraction as quickly as possible, since additional offenses may lead to fines. To avoid further action, please send us a written response. If we see that the violation has been corrected, the matter will be closed.

If you feel you are compliant and the violation letter was sent in error, please respond in writing so we can look into the matter for you.
