What do I need to know?

This billing preference allows you to view and pay your bill online – saving you and your association money. Instead of receiving a coupon booklet, an eStatement will arrive in your email with instructions for payment.

  • Stay connected online in your owner’s portal. Setup one-time or recurring payments and find the most up to date information about your association and your account.
  • eStatements will be sent to the email account on record approximately 10 days prior to the due date.
  • Coupon booklets will not be mailed to homeowners.

What do I need to do?

  • Step 1 – Obtain a login for the owner’s portal. A username and password was sent by email if we have your correct email address on file. If you have not received an email, please provide your current email address by signing up here, www.spaces.... Please allow up to two business days to receive login instructions by email after we have verified your account.
  • Step 2 – Login to the owners portal, www.spaces... And click on Payments.
  • Step 3 – Make a one time payment or set up secure onling recurring payments. Check out all of our payment options at www.spaces...

Receive a Violation Letter?

It’s important that you now take the necessary steps to correct the infraction as quickly as possible, since additional offenses may lead to fines. To avoid further action, please send us a written response. If we see that the violation has been corrected, the matter will be closed.

If you feel you are compliant and the violation letter was sent in error, please respond in writing so we can look into the matter for you.
